অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলীঃ

 

ডেলিভারী চার্জঃ

·ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ 70 টাকা।

·ঢাকার বাইরে সব স্থানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ 130 টাকা।

 

আমাদের ডেলিভারী প্রসেসঃ

·আমাদের নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী ম্যান নেই। আমরা থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিস দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি। তাই আমরা ১ থেকে ২ দিন সময় নিয়ে থাকি।

·অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার মোবাইল চালু রাখবেন। ডেলিভারী ম্যান আপনাকে কল দিলে অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যটি সংগ্রহ করে নিবেন।

 

প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরেঃ

·প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে। সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ দিনের মধ্যে

 

পণ্যের ইমেজ এবং ভিডিওঃ

·আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এ সকল পণ্যের রিয়েল ইমেজ এবং ভিডিও দেয়া আছে। আপনি চাইলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আবারও ইমেজ কিংবা ভিডিও সরবরাহ করবে।

 

রিটার্ন করার জন্যঃ

·প্যাকেট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো। কিন্তু পণ্যটি আপনার অপছন্দ হওয়ার কারনে ফেরত দিতে চাইলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে।

প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট কিংবা ভাঙা হলে

প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করার সময় যদি ভাঙা কিংবা ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে কল করে জানাতে হবে। আমাদেরকে কল করতে পারেন 0১৭৭৫০০৬৮১৬ এই নাম্বারে। তখন আপনি প্রোডাক্টটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন কোন খরচ ছাড়া। অবশ্যই ফেরতের সময় প্যাকেজ ও এক্সেসরিজ সাথে দিতে হবে।

কোন কারণে আপনি নিজে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ না করতে পারলে যিনি আপনার পরিবর্তে প্রোডাক্ট টি বুঝে নিবেন তাকে অবশ্যই এই ব্যাপারে অবহিত করবেন ।

২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের না জানানো হলে, ড্যামেজ প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

আমাদের জানানোর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনাকে রিফান্ড করা হবে। আবার যদি রিপ্লেস করে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ২-৩ দিন (রেগুলার আইটেমের জন্য), ৭-৪ ৫ দিন (গ্লোবাল আইটেমের জন্য) অপেক্ষা করতে হবে (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।

Order Rules:

Delivery Charge:

·Delivery charge within Dhaka City is 70 Taka.

·Delivery charge outside Dhaka is 130 Taka.

Our Delivery Process:

·We do not have our own delivery man. We deliver through third party services. So we take 1 to 2 days.

·Please keep your mobile on. If the delivery man calls you, please collect the product.

After opening the product:

·If there is any defect in the product after opening it, we will replace it for free as soon as possible. Maximum within 45 days

Product Images and Videos:

·Our Facebook page has real images and videos of all these products. If you want, our support team will provide images or videos again.

For returns:

·If there is any defect in the package after opening it, we will replace it for free. But if you want to return the product because you do not like it, you must pay the delivery charge.

If the product is damaged or broken

If the product is broken or damaged during delivery, you must call us and inform us while the delivery man is in front of you. You can call us at 01775006816. Then you can return the product at no cost. Of course, the package and accessories must be included during the return.

If for some reason you are unable to receive the product yourself, you must inform the person who will receive the product on your behalf.

If we are not notified within 24 hours, this condition will not apply to damaged products.

You will be refunded within 7 working days of informing us. Again, if you want to replace the product, you will have to wait 2-3 days (for regular items), 7-4-5 days (for global items) (subject to stock availability).
